1. Kosovo IP Office was established on 19 November 2007.  The term for revalidating Serbian IP rights is 1 October 2008

2. The Montenegrin IP Office  commenced  work on 28 May 2008.  The term for refiling Serbian applications that were not granted up to 28 May 2008,  is 28 May 2009.  Granted rights are valid in Montenegro until the expiration of their maintenance fees.
